“A&E’s professionalism sets the standard for other service companies. The scheduler, Manny, listened to a thorough description of my need, and set the appointment for within a week of my call. The day before the call A&E sent an email reminding me of the appointment. The morning of the appointment an email arrived saying that the techs were on their way to my house; included was a photograph of the tech and his name! That gave me much assurance. Once there, Skyler and Cruz were super professional. They were respectful of me and the house, they explained the upcoming procedure, and they worked well as a team. When they discovered a problem in the duct work that needed repair, A&E sent the parts immediately so that there was no delay and no second appointment. Skyler and Cruz were friendly and encouraging throughout, and were fastidious about cleanup. Followup by the home office after the service was also quick, professional, and respectful.”
