“Hats off to Mitchell, Jake and Skylar for their sale and installation of a new ductless mini-split (ceiling mount). Excellent experience in all regards. This is the 2nd unit I’ve bought (for two different rental properties); and I went for this 2nd installation…because feedback from renter #1 (after 3 years of use) was outstanding. I’d highly recommend A&E to anyone looking. I’d definitely buy a similar 3rd unit, if I had a 3rd rental to put it in 😉 P.S. Oh, and Rene – good man, also!!”
