“I really appreciate the small arrival window of only 2 hours. The tech was very nice and seemed genuinely concerned that my heat wasn’t working. He spent quite a bit of time trying to diagnose the problem. He will be back when the replacement parts arrive. I do like that a picture was provided, although he doesn’t look much like it 🙂 It is comforting to see that A&E is so professional (including the nice lady who set up the appointment – Emily, I think)”
