“Had a complete new Heat Pump installed on 4/28/2021. A&E did an amazing job, they were very professional, courteous and went above and beyond. We had two workers that did the install, Tyler did a great job on installing the Furnace and always took the time to explain everything to us, while John worked on the AC unit, we had a round concrete slab that the old unit was sitting on, he was able to remove it and place the new platform over were the old one was, which would of been an eye sore of an area that would of been exposed if he had left the slab were it was. Also would like to thank the consultant Karin, she was so easy to work with, very professional and knowledgeable, So happy with everyone and the job they did, highly recommend this company,”
