“Had an issue on December 30th with heat. John(tech) repaired and hood to go. However, this morning the heat went down again. Thanks to Emily we were able to get John back out today. He tweaked a couple of things and improved the connections and we’re good to go. We also bought the annual service program. Very happy to have A&E as our HVAC partners moving forward. I highly recommend this company!!! Thank you Emily and John!!”
