Randy was out to the house within an hour. He determined what was needed and returned the next day with the needed parts and fixed the problem – all before our guests arrived. The A&E staff were very courteous and helpful in providing timely service. Randy deserves a special shoutout for getting to our house twice through the snow and being especially thoughtful of our situation.”
