After spending several years working in construction, Josh returned to the HVAC industry when he connected with A&E's owner, Andy, who was looking for experienced installers. Josh has now been part of the A&E team for 14 years. As Hood River Installation Manager, Josh oversees HVAC installations, drawing on his technical knowledge and experience to ensure quality workmanship and reliable system performance. What Josh enjoys most about his work is that no two days are alike. Whether it's working in a new location or taking on a different installation challenge, he appreciates the variety that keeps his job interesting.
